The Sales Department of A1R Services Limited is committed to providing to all
of its customers with a sales & design service whereby we will provide a written report
with a detailed specification and quotation of the best equipment required to meet our
customers’ individual requirements, all within 3-5 working days of carrying out the initial
Site survey. This service is completely free of charge.
We currently convert 4 out of 5 quotations submitted into firm orders and the installation is
carried out within 2/3 weeks from order date or to the customer’s requirement.
The Preventive Maintenance Department of A1R Services Limited is committed to
maintaining all of its customers refrigeration, chiller & air conditioning equipment in the best
possible condition to insure it's continued satisfactory operation and to reduce the risk
of possible down time breakdowns.
The Hire Services Department of A1R Services Limited is committed to providing new and used quality branded equipment for all its Hire services such as Hoshizaki Ice machines and GREE for Mobile AC Units and we are fully insured to provide this service.
Since the implementation of the European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD 2002/91/EC) owners of buildings that have air-conditioning systems with a combined rated output exceeding 12 kW are required to arrange a regular inspection by a government approved energy assessor.
This is to ensure that systems efficiency, electricity consumption and carbon emissions are all within acceptable governmental limits. There can also be associated benefits through improved operating costs. Building owners and Managers who control air-conditioning systems have statutory obligations and duties of care in the operation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems.
