Works undertaken during COVID lock-down with strict operating conditions

With 3 lockdowns, it's been a difficult year for all. A1R Services have carried on as usual under strict operating conditions. Below are some of our projects this year:

• Royal Free Hospital – Installation of new Multi chamber and multi temperature Mortuary cold-stores to facilitate the Trust’s need for more chilled body-store space – full turnkey project from complete strip-out to complete installation of new body-store, refrigeration plant.
  

• Newham University Hospital – Installation of 42 AC Split systems to service Clinical Drug Rooms as part of a competitively tendered project for Barts Health.
  

• Princess Royal Hospital – Installation of new ventilation plant with comfort cooling/heat pump system to the Euan Keats Education Centre to include all Lecture Theatre refurbishment works and removal of all old plant as a turn-key project.
  

• Croydon University Hospital – Installation of Mini VRF Systems to the Maxial Facial, Dentistry Consulting Areas and Clinical services at site.
  

• Croydon University Hospital – Installation of Multi Split Systems Heat Pumps to The Orchid Suite – Consulting Rooms.
  

• East of England Ambulance – Complete Ventilation clean and remedial works to the whole estate in various locations over a 2 month programme, delivered on time and in budget.
  

• Transport for London – Penton Street – full turnkey project for the installation of various Mechanical ventilation plant and controls system.
